The Opening Explorer is not working properly. I cannot access my games even though I am a premium member. I tried clearing my browser cache, to no avail. Then, I messaged support and I was told that they were aware of the problem and they're working on it. It has now been two days and I still cannot access my games. When can we expect to get access to our games back?
