Your opponent is a premium member. Premium members get auto-timeout protection when games get too low on time, excluding games in no-vacation tourneys.
i think it is a month total for the year. so he/she can either take one big long vacation or 30 1-day vacatons.

It's based on membership level and each month days get added up to the maximum.
For example, Platinum and Diamond can have up to 90 days available and get 5 days a month added (used to be 2).
