Thanks. I have an up to date Android model.
Perhaps it changed because I am a beta user. I think they updated the app and moved Pass and Play to one of the options in Play.
It also looks like they have now added an Analysis board in beta.

In the current version of the app, just hit "New Game" and then Pass & Play will be an option in the list, second from the bottom.

The website doesn't have a Pass and Play option. The closest you can get is an Analysis Board

It’s only on the app. Go to “Play” and it should be one of the options

It's just a chess board designed for either one person to move both sides or to have two people in the same room being able to play a game on the device.
They moved it into "More" options within the Play menu.
