paying for membership but not getting it.

Hello everyone! Yesterday I accident bought the diamond membership. It said that I would receive one week of free membership but when I put in my card it charged me 120$ even tho it said $ when I accepted with Apple Pay. Therefore I have already paid, I assume there’s no way of getting my money back. And the one thing that’s annoying me the most is that I haven’t even received the membership 2 days later of buying it. Is this a glitch other people have experienced or is it just me? Will I get my membership or did I get scammed?
