Some weeks ago I have tried to contact your support, but I did not receive any answer expect an automatically sent "We will answer you asap"-mail.
I try getting premium access for a month meanwhile. I select Dimond, monthly, papyal and log in – but I get an error all the time.
I have never paid with Paypal (in fact, I created a Paypal account for chess.com), but as I have sufficient money (40€ ~= 52$), I assume it should work without any problem.
Do other users have the same problem? As Paypal allows me to send money directly, what about this: "I send you 14$ and in return I receive 30 days diamond member ship?"

Keba, you should have received a notification of receipt of your question to support.
If you're 100% sure you have provided your e-mail address correctly, check your e-mail service's spam folder and make sure chess.com's mail doesn't get filtered by mistake.
And what does the paypal error say? (make sure you don't disclose any personal or financial information here)
Yes, in fact I received a mail, apart from some other basic information, it states "Thank you for contacting Chess.com Member Support. Your message has been received and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours)." (from 22nd April, still no other mail)
Unfortunately, the error does not say anything. It states "Wir können Ihre Anfrage zurzeit leider nicht verarbeiten. Kehren Sie zu Chess.com, LLC zurück, und wählen Sie eine andere Option aus.", which is German for "Unfortunately we cannot handle your request now. Please go back to Chess.com, LLC and choose another option"
The login data is corect, if I try to login with a wrong password, I reveice another error.
Additionally, the problem seems to be browser independent, I have tested Firefox and Chromium (latest versions, in Arch Linux).

about the paypal error, I don't know anything about that, sorry. Maybe the problem is on paypal's end?

Also, paying by credit card is pretty safe. It worked for me with no problems.

What you'd need to do is go into your paypal account, look toward the top where it shows 'Send Money',
You can then make a direct payment to email@example.com
Remember to add your chess.com username at the bottom of that page though so we know who to add the premium membership too.

I suppose after this 30 days period, I will have to repeat this step again for the next 30 (or 365, we‘ll see) days?
Anyway, I may suggest adding a "Hey, youre from Germany (we know that, because your browser tells us and you have chosen the Germany-option in your profile), PayPal does not work, because [link to faq]" message for German users. You might earn more money then ;)

At the bottom right corner of someones post it shows the text 'Quote'
If you click on that, it appears in the text box area you you can then type your message under it before submitting.
