Percentile on blitz-rating doesn’t show

Hello. Should like to know why the percentile on my ratings does not show in the statistics. Is it possible to fix this?

According to this thread, you need to have verified your email to get the percentile calculation.

(Perhaps you didn't see the email from chess.com asking you to click on it for verification. It possibly landed in a spam folder.)

I have now searched for an email-verification email from chess.com, but can not find any. Can you send me one, or is there anything I my self can do to verify my email-adress ?

I just registered. Where is my activation email?

At the time you create your account, we have already sent an activation link to the email address you submitted with registration.

If you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 20 Minutes - Email can take a while to move through cyberspace. Please wait up to 20 minutes to see if the email arrives.
  2. Check your spam or Junk Mail folder - Sometimes legitimate email ends up in spam folders. Please check for an email there. The subject line will be "Chess.com - Activate Your Account".
  3. Add "alert@chess.com" to your Contacts or Allowed Sender List - We use "alert@chess.com" to send all email from Chess.com. Add that email address to your trusted email or contacts list to make sure you get all email from Chess.com.
  4. Double-check the address entered - Look at the email address on the page after registration and make sure that is correct. If you made a mistake you can click on the link on that page to change your registration email. If that doesn't work, you can try registering again.

If you have already tried all the above suggestions and still did not receive your activation link, please contact Member Support and include your username. We will send your activation link to you directly.

Hi. Thank you. I got this email on 11. august 2023. I clicked that link. I also clicked on it today, just to be sure. Here it is (it is in norwegian, in english it means "Hi. Bjarne-Peder. Let us complete the activation of your account. Activate account"

But even if I clicked on that activation link in that mail, the percentile does not show up. Thank you anyway for Your hjelp. This might not be possible to fix. It’s ok😀
