Persistent "Unable to Review Game" Error - Unacceptable for Diamond Members

Dear Chess.com Support and Community, I am writing this here because I have exhausted all other channels. I am a Diamond Member, paying specifically for the "Max Analysis" feature. However, almost every time I try to use it on the mobile app, I get the error: "Sorry, I was not able to review your game. Try again." This is incredibly frustrating. I have reported this via email support: No satisfactory response. I have reported this via Play Store reviews: Ignored. The bug persists regardless of updates. I have to spam the "Try Again" button multiple times just to get what I paid for. It is a huge waste of time and ruins the learning experience. Please fix this immediately. We pay for a premium service, and we expect it to work without having to fight the interface every single game.

Could you clarify what you mean by max analysis in the app l,?

Also, is this in games against other members or bot games? Directly after the game or from your archive?

Which app?

Do you leave the app while the review is running?

Do you have multiple data connections actve, such as cellular and Wi-Fi?

I have recreated the problem with Android. I had to disconnect from one of the data connections and it would run correctly.

I'm asking staff about it

What do you mean "disconnect from one of the data connections"? I'm also having this issue on Android.

If your device is on cellular data and wi-fi at the same time, it appears to have that issue. Having it only on 1 data service seems to stop the problem.
