Person can't join my tournament

Hi I created a tournament and I sent invites to members of a club that I am part of, and so far 4 people joined but one person messaged me saying "There is some problem and I can't join" and this is my first time making a tournament and I'm not sure why it is only letting some people join. 

I can't join tournaments due to school. I blocked all tournament invitations....

I can’t cuz i joined too many it says which is ridiculous 😅😅😅😅😭😭

It depends on the tournament type. Is it a live or Daily? The person should have received a reason why they couldn't join.

Also this person messaged me randomly saying that it said there was a problem and they couldn't join, that was all they said, and I asked if it gave a reason and they didn't reply. We hadn't interacted prior to this. So I just want to know if there is a glitch stopping people from joining my tournament. Because I can't think of why it wouldn't let them.

It's very possible they have a higher timeout ratio in Daily than is allowed based on the default event settings which is 10% unless you change it.

I wasn't invited ....
