It may be the file you're using, if I'm correct, cc only allows you to use Pngs & Jphegs

try editing the image and making it into a supported format (smaller than 5mb and an imagine with a square resolution should work, also should be a jpeg or PNG)

That's probably the problem - it's not a png or jphegs.

np, I ran into the same issue with my current PFP cause I save my art as uncompressed BMP file.
