Don't know anything about the whole Facebook thing except that others have had to file tickets to resolve problems with log in. Any Help & Support page has the support link in the upper right.
Standard members only have access to the last 30 days of their games. They haven't been removed but you need a premium membership to access them.

I went to export my games as PGN, and it says it's going to e-mail it to me, and it doesn't seem like that happened. If I go to my profile, it doesn't list me as having an e-mail. If I try to add an e-mail (I have an account via facebook connect), it wants me to give my password, which is presumably my facebook password, but that rejects my password as invalid.
Finally, on my stats page it lists that I've played 3000+ games, whereas on my game archive it only lists about 100 games. Does the archive purge games after some period of time? Or are only a fixed number kept in the archive?
