I still can't log into my account on my Apple phone. The phone updated a week or so ago and when I try to log in directly, use Chrome, Apple, or Facebook, I get kicked over to the create account page. I can still access my account on my PC. I've removed and re-installed the Ap several times and the same thing. What should I try?
What sign in method are you using?
facebook is what I've always used but I've tried Apple, Google, and direct. I always get kicked to being prompted to create an account.

If you created and linked the account with Facebook, and didn't connect the other options while logged in, then it will prompt you to create a new account.
You should try contacting support directly using the option in the menu and they should be able to assist adding a password to your account so you could use that instead.
