the same thing happend to my daughter so i uninstaled the unwanted programs that had instaled themselfs like a backup program and a program that kept telling her she had a virus and that fixed the problem

Have you always had this problem? If you could tell me what browser, browser version and operating system that would be really great so that I could investigate what's going on.
In the meantime, please follow Robotech's advice. Install any of these programs that claim to help you but really just hurt your computer. And thank you, Robotech, for that useful tip!! :D
