is anyone else having this problem? Why is it happening? Everything on the page is loading for me except the pieces, therefore I cannot play and its driving me mental. Any idea's suggestions? Have only had this problem since last week and no-one is giving me any answers

Did you get your problem sorted? Did it ask you to download Mozilla Firefox? A lot of people are complaining about the same thing that you are?
- Try going back to your home page, and then reloading our/your game, and press the summit your move,wait for pieces to load... i do that mate.
- Try login off and restarting your computer, then reloading CHESS.COM...

in live chess, my pieces are dissappearing when I click them.

if your pieces are disappearing in live, there is a problem. that isn't good. i'm looking into it.
if your pieces are not loading at all, then it could be that you are possibly blocking the javascript or pieces, which are loaded from static.chess.com. make sure you are not blocking that. also, trying pinging static.chess.com and see what you get. try clearing all of your browser cache and reloading. very odd.
