Is there a way to play my daughter on chess.com from the same computer?  I'll keep looking...

I've actually seen a device that allows one to play against an opponent who's in the immediate vicinity without a computer whatsoever.  It's basically a wood board that has 64 alternating coloured squares just like the boards here, and 32 wooden peices (16 of each colour) carved to represent the icons used on this very site.

I've heard of such a thing in the Orient, but have never seen one myself.  Must be some far east religous icon.  Curious.

My daughter is seven and her younger sister likes to get involved with the game.  being able to play on a computer would prevent the board being "tampered" with.
