It's probably their fault, I'd guess a temporary glitch. Did you try clearing your browsers cache, rebooting your browser, using a different browser and rebooting your PC? These are generic trouble-shooting steps for all sorts of online problems. It would help greatly if you mentioned your OS/version, browser/version and the date(s)/time(s) of your problem so other peeps could see if your problem(s) coincided with theirs, if you weren't the only peep to have a specific problem

The computer won't make a second move. The circle keeps spinning with the message "Computer thinking." This happened yesterday, too. I won't renew, if it keeps happening.
