Post Problems and Solutions for this site

I don't understand...
"Post Problems and Solutions for this site". Isn't that pretty much the same as "Help & Support"? Why nest the same content, when people can just as well post to Help & Support as they've always done?

This is posted under the "Help & Support" forum. I hope you contribute.

I have to run at the moment but anyone who knows the answer to your question can post it. If nobody does, I will post an answer for you later.

hwo can i make ... to see all my games on the first page? when i open chess.com my first page show me only the games where is my turn to move.
When you say that you want to see "all your games" I have to assume that you are talking about the active games that you are playing. Is that correct?
The HOME button at the top right is very useful to display whatever you want to see. For example, if you slide your mouse over the HOME button it will bring up a menu which contains 'Online Chess' and also 'Game Archive'. If you click on the 'Game Archive' all your completed games will be shown. If you click on 'Online Chess' all of your active games will be shown. It will show you which games are 'waiting for your opponent to move' and which games are your turn to move.
HOWEVER, I think that the problem you may be experiencing is that you have the DEFAULT setting to display a small board position for your games. The DEFAULT setting shows a diagram of each game and therefore does not have the space to give you a more detailed description of all your active games. It will also slow down your conection because it takes more resources to make a diagram for each game you are playing.
To change this feature I suggest you do this:
From HOME, drop to the menu and click on 'Online Chess'. Then, at the right side of that screen you will see 'Settings'. Click on that and you can change your settings for what you will see when you want to see your games. If you see an option to 'display board' check it to see if the setting is to display a chess board instead of a table. You want the 'table'.
In particular, you need to scroll down and change the ' Default tab:' to "Moves". Save your settings and the next time you log on use the HOME button and select 'Online Games'.

Let's all pull together with our knowledge and help these people who are having problems at this site. I'll start it off:
I like IE 8. It is 10 times faster than Firefox when playing online games. However, no matter what I have tried (and I have tried everything), IE 8 will NOT load the 'Solve Puzzle' from the main menu. If you click on it with IE 8 you will see some boxes just spinning and it will never load.
After updating my Java and playing with all kinds of settings I have to admit that IE 8 will not work with some functions at this site. By changing to Firefox everything works for me! HOWEVER, try testing both browsers by running this game: http://www.candystand.com/play/vector-td
After the advertisement the game will come up. Click at the bottom of the right hand menu because you are going to test both browsers ability to run the game. Then put the red stary icon 3 spaces to the right of the left side and start playing. It should take out all of the vectoids for the first 3 sets then you have to add another defense tower. I am telling you this not to promote the game (which you might like) but to get you to the point where Firefox starts bogging down and can barely handle the game. But IE 8 makes those critters fly so fast that it takes an effort on your part to keep up.
It appears to me that I will have to run separate browsers depending on which application I want to use. Now let's hear from other people who either know how to fix things or are having problems?
