There was a site wide issue in the early hours US time that has been resolved
Same issue on PC using Chrome, Phone app working well.
I'm getting a slew of issues. I'm practicing (http://...practice/custom) against the maximum bot, and after several minutes, the bot still hasn't loaded or made a move. Matchmaking used to be instant, but every time I try to start a game, it takes "longer than usual". Loading the game review summary always takes a very long time. It just feels like the website is not useable. I'm on Windows Version 8.1 using Chrome Version 109.0.5414.168 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Try clearing your browser cache but if you're still having issues it's likely your ISP or you're using a VPN, that causing the problem
Chess.com has staight away decreased 1000 points of my puzzle raiting without any reason
In the raiting graph,it is showing that I have even gone above 3000 and my current was around 2700 but suddenly they decreased it to 1800 and no reason is there.
