I have just bought the monthly gold subscription and I paid but it doesn’t say I have the premium please help

If you bought through one of the apps, it can take some time to be applied. Also, it uses the email address associated with the app store account, so if that does not match the email on the chess.com account, it won't be applied and you'll likely need to contact support directly.

So I am on a family plan and I had to ask for guardian permission before getting premium and that was accepted so I don’t know if it won’t work for me because my guardian payed for it

That's not a normal option for memberships, so if that was something offered to your guardian, it probably needs manual intervention.

It still isn’t working
