I lost my diamond membership. I was saving some analysis and then it said 'upgrade to save', then I thought that I was a diamond member, how can't I save some analysis. But, 2 hrs before I lost my membership, CHESScom stated that I was in vacation and although I was in vacation (I came back), to remove it, it said to make a move in your daily games, which I did, but I still did not receive my membership back.
Vacation has nothing to do with premium.
That said, if you lost premium that likely means the payment method wasn't able to be charged. You would need to contact Support directly using the Help option in the menu and might check with your payment provider to see why it didn't work.
