Premium membership renewal is not working

Hi, I tried to update my Credit Card details as the old card expired and so my Platinum membership tomorrow, but the page did not accept my credit card valid till 12/2019. (This worked during the last 4 years)

So what should I do now?

   Wow!Surprised  he's TRYING to renew?  We usually get 10 threads a month complaining about "auto-renew".   hahahahahahaha  What kind of trick is this?Undecided

Google Play took $29.00 out of my PayPal on 11/24/2015 for my auto renewal. My premium membership got shutdown yesterday because of non-payment?????

You need to write to the billing department...

Perhaps the billing department of Google Play is at fault.  You should write to them too and find out when they sent your payment to chess.com.
