liondel, you should be able to go to your Live Chess settings page at http://www.chess.com/home/livechess_settings.html and then check the box for "Enable premove" and then make sure to click "Save preferences" button at the bottom of that page and then you can try logging into the Live Chess to play a game when the premove feature should be available for you.
My premove ettings aill not be saved when i start a game. Im a new member.
Is this only for premium member or something? i lose on time constantly
