Yes I have contacted them but it seems that they delay in response and have not answered my request. Any ideas on how to solve this error?

same is happening with me.. im trying to buy platinum membership but its showing error 2777.. and the chesscom support team is of no use.. they aren't responding.. idk what should i do..

If you opened a ticket, it can take 1-5 days to get a response but will likely be more quickly.
