Apparently, under the preview option you cannot delete your post. I have always had to post it, then click on it and delete it from the thread but then it leaves the message behind : comment deleted .......
Previewing and deleting posts

In a group forum, I tried to post a small table from excel into a post, and saved and previewed before I posted. I didn't like the look of it, and decided to delete it.
But on clicking delete I get an OOPS! page, saying I'm passing invalid information to the server, or something to that effect, and the half written post remains whenever I open the topic, complete with the submit, edit and delete buttons.
Nomerous replies have been added since this, but it still remains.
And yes, I have cleared my cache :)
