Problem buying a premium as gift

Hi, I am trying to buy a premmium membership to my brother by following the steps "Looking to get a Gift Membership for someone else? Click here!" but when I click "OK" the page refreshs to my own account and nothing happens. 

If someone could help me... Thanks!
