It's not about chess.com, but about the protection/filter software on your computer. It looks like it's Dansguardian. Try to remove .zip from the banned file extension list.

Hi when I am trying to download any resources from this site it is showing the following
Access has been denied
Banned MIMED TYPE: APPLICATION/ZIP
Whats the solution? Can somebody help me to sort it out?
