How about telling us what OS and browser you're using, and how long you've had this problem? Take these steps in this order until you fix the problem:
1. Clear your browsers cache
2. Reboot your browser
3. Try another browser
4. Reboot your PC
5. Make sure you have the latest version of Java and only one version running on your PC, clear its cache too.
6. Contact chess.com directly for help & support
can anyone tell why i am not able to play live chess? everytime i challenge to someone after accepting challenge my chess board colour gets changed to black and white and i am not able to challenge some other and can't play live game also. please help me to get rid of this problem?
