Problem: lessons not accessible

Hi Guys

Merry Christmas.

Can you help me with the following please?

I am on a Diamond membership with yearly payment (and therefore I should be able to access all lessons). The trial ended a couple of days ago and now I am a regular Diamond member. However, I cannot access more than a few lessons a day. After a couple of lessons (maybe 3 to 5) the website tells me I need to upgrade my membership to access unlimited lessons.

I tried to log-out and log-in again and I even resented my lessons progress (which was a bit annoying), but that didn't solve the problem.

Anyone else experienced this? Any idea what I could try to solve the bug?

Is the issue on one of the apps or the website?

It's on the website. Tried it with 2 different Macs. Both running on the latest version of MacOS X and Safari.

Try clearing your browser cache.
