Whenever I have problems like this, I do a clean install of java. Remove all instances of java from your computer, restart your computer, then install it again.

Just played username inatehiggers, which is a racist anagram that shouldn't be allowed.
Since I updated Java, the sound disappears after 5/6 moves and comes back only in chess situation. What's wrong? Can anybody help? I am playing in live chess 1 min.
