Problems using mobile chess.com

Hello,

I have downloaded the chess.com app to my Blackberry but when I try and log in it just says 'Connecting..' and then freezes.  Anyone else experienced this?  Any ideas?

Try the following:

Go into Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications. Select the chess.com application and click the BlackBerry button. Select the option to run in compatibility mode. This will make the program run as if it were on an older BlackBerry.

Thanks very much for your reply.  I tried the above but still experiencing the same problem.  It just freezes when I click 'Login'.  Is there a known problem with this application and the Blackberry devices?
