Problems with constant disconnecting - Chess Forums

I am a mobile player and recently I have been being randomly disconnected in games without a way to even reconnect, despite having an internet connection and full service bars. It also crashes the app and doesn’t even open without crashing for about 5-10 minutes after the “disconnection.” I’ve also noticed that I only disconnect when I am in a winning position never when I am in a losing position. Leading to the game as a loss due to “abandonment” and taking away rating points. It’s happened about 3 times in the past couple of days. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anyway to fix it or will I just have to deal with the random disconnections?

The site has been experiencing very high loads recently and staff are working on optimizations and capacity increases to alleviate the issues.
