Problems with mobile app (login)

I also have the same problem. I think my issue was the phone capitalizes the first letter of each word. I didn't know this and now I'm locked out as well. How do we reset this?

The mobile app uses the native phone input to enter username and password. If the setting in these are capital letters first, you have to very carefull when entering password since the characters become stars (*). If you login to many times with the wrong password your account gets locked just as it would if you tried in a real browser.
To solve it unlock your account ( I am not sure if you can do it yourself by resending password to email or whatever ) and then type the correct password in the mobile app.
andrisp <- your issue with the menu keys acting up can maybe be avoided by not using these keys and using the up/down/left/right movement keys and then using fire to select. This works for the menus as well.
When I tried to login with mobile app, I made error in password, but after I clicked 'Cancel', it kept trying to login more and more (each time with error that password is incorrect). I closed application and started again. This time I carefully entered password, but the app said "Too many login attempts". And again - when I click "Cancel", it tries to login again.
