I'm on my second trip through the journey. I was on Silver level 12 or 13 last night when I solved a puzzle I was transported to crystal 3 next puzzle I was transported to legend 2 next puzzle wood 1 and that's where it left me. Has anyone else had this issue?
There's a bug for players that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on it.
Very same issue for me, back from elite to wood and the score is now stuck 😅
Thank ya'll for responding. I was thinking it was just me. Hopefully they get this fixed soon and put my little pawn back where he belongs
This has been fixed now for those impacted.
It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
Thank you Martin I'm back where I was before glitch. Can you tell me what happened to my streak? It's just gone. Iwas at 500 days in a row and I haven't missed a day

Streaks have been removed for now but may be back in the future.
