Yes @Martin_stahl you are correct. After, Legend puzzle level, back to Wood, with a different pawn... But I get only 15 points. Worse, I have to play 30 times the same puzzle with pastel color instead of full red, always the same puzzle Then after 5 puzzles it blocks, annoying. Thank you
I sent a ticket one week ago and no change. I can't play more than few puzzles and it blocks and the same puzzle keeps coming with a pastel color and no related points.

There is a technical cap at 65535.

I think no cap is fair. Gotta give those people who can memorize puzzles some credit!

Where are you doing puzzles? Website or app? If the website try clearing your browser cache. If one of the apps, make sure you're on the newest app and if you are, you can try clearing the app information or uninstalling and reinstalling.
Thank you martin. I use app. I knew what to do, latest version, clearing the cache... to no avail. I guess above 6000 puzzle points it gets bugged since few people reach there. Pity despite 3 tickets sent, nothing new.

You can aslo use "help button" from GM Stockfish
I don't understand you guys. Is there a difference via which way you cheat?
Cheating is asking for external help, how could you cheat staying in chess.com ecosystem? I did 10 500 puzzles, similar features repeat. I know some brilliant people having an accuracy of 99%, they are not cheaters just very talented

How many of those puzzles you'd solve yourself, without any "magic buttons"?
Those people who make it to 60000+ can solve most high level puzzles
