Puzzle Rush Survival Bug

Often when I am playing puzzle rush survival, at some point, no more puzzles appear, and an error message appears, stating "Oops. Looks like there was an error. Sorry! Please refresh." When I refresh, the website behaves as though I had completed the puzzle rush, and asks me to purchase premium to get more. Considering I only get 1 free puzzle rush a day, this means that I lose my only daily puzzle rush for no reason. Is there an explanation for this bug?

It happens often? Every day? Every other day? Every 20th puzzle? After you take a coffee break?

That kind of error occasionally surfaces on the site.

In order to find and fix a problem, it has to be reproducible. If you really want to solve it, fill out a bug report every time it happens.  (Bug report tool on the Help menu.)

I am sure the developers would like to solve those kind of things.

By often, it happens about once a week. It occurs after I solve a puzzle, and then nothing happens; no puzzle after the one I solved, nor a "game over" sign, and after a few moments, I get the error message I quoted above. Next time I will file a bug report, thank you.

Batches of puzzles in Rush get preloaded, so it's very possible that you're experiencing a disconnected and it's unable to reconnect to load a new batch. Then when you refresh, that forces the connection.
