This has happened to me as well; having just scored a 50 on five-minute rush, my score is showing for me but is not visible on any leaderboards.
Puzzle rush survival record
It's not a bug. It's intentional. A small percentage of the playerbase cheats in puzzle rush. The leaderboard would be an absolute mess without the titled restriction. Cheating in puzzle rush isn't detectable, so chess.com has to use other criteria to filter out the frauds.
Sucks for sincere puzzlers (my 55 score ), but I get it.
They are def capping it at 49 for untitled players, just look at this ridiculous leaderboard:

Yeah. And they throw in the occasional non-titled-player with a 50+ score on the leaderboard, to make it look less sketchy.

Source?
Common sense? Chess.com won't tell you this.
Just look at OP's profile for example. He claims he scored 60 with a live rating of around 1400 Elo. Now I'm not saying OP cheated, but out of 100 people with 1400 Elo and a Puzzle Rush score of 60, 99 people probably did. It's too easy to do so and to be on top of the daily leaderboard or just have a high score in general is motivation enough for some people, especially young ones.
You can't in any reasonable sense make this claim. Live play and puzzle play are entirely different things. Some people may do puzzle rush only, and play live only very rarely. Some people play on different sites for live games. Some people have terrible analysis skill under the time pressure of a live game. And you can take hours to solve a single position in puzzle rush survival. This is how I got a survival score of 54 and have a live rapid rating of 1471.
maybe you got same puzzle more than once
If you counted how many repeats I have in my rushes, it'll be 90% from the 90s
chess.com changed it so your records now show up in leaderboards I noticed BTW
Not for me, my puzzle rush survival all time best is 54, but in the friends leaderboard it still shows 47, and this has been for at least two years now!

This only applies to new records you start setting now.
This has been a glitch for a very long time. I reported it years ago and the answer is always "a fix is coming soon" for years and years and years. I just crashed through the 50 ceiling myself scoring a 54 yesterday (my previous best was 47) on survival, with meticulous calculation and patience, and while my score is updated in my personal best, the friends leaderboard is not updated. I had very similar experience with the 3- and 5-minute friend leaderboards where the leaderboard display was not updated for months after achieving a higher score
