Puzzle tiers glitching on mobile app

Puzzle tiers glitching and not working properly on the Chess.com mobile app. It keeps going to random tiers and not advancing at all. Also impossible to reach technical support. Is this a known bug? If so would be helpful to know

It's a bug for members that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on it.

This has been fixed now for those impacted.

It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
