Puzzles Problem

So I've loved that recently chess.com added being able to watch an ad to do 3 more puzzles, but recently I've been encountering a problem where I will watch the ad and then its doesnt give me new puzzles and just says I'm out for the day and can watch an ad to get more. I went on my pc to see if I could do it on there and on the pc after I watch the ad, a red banner comes across the top and says failed to claim reward. This sucks as I want to be able to do my extra puzzles.

Staff found a problem and are putting out a fix for that.
