My question is, in this position I played Qb8 checking the queen, then I premoved to capture his rook on a7, but he blocked with the rook by playing Rb7, and My queen still moved to a7 even though he moved his rook away from a7, is that supposed to happen? cus when I have played before, if I premove to catch a piece and they move that piece, the premove ends. After ny queen moved a7, he took my queen and I lost the game

Yes, premoves are moves to squares, and don't care if it's a capture or not, unless moving to that square is then illegal.
