there is a user who got their account closed by c.c and opened a new one within 6 hours should I be reporting that?

For certain reasons I would rather not say... But is not anyone I know and I had not seen that user until the day before his account got closed

If you think it's a ban evasion account, you could, but it's also possible it's an approved second chance account
