what happens if you subscribe a month of diamond membership then stop paying?

can you subscribe lower subs like platinum or gold if you once subbed diamond?

You have to wait for your payment to run out to change membership.

And you can subscribe to lower memberships AFTER your original membership runs out

If I was you don't buy it.

I am pretty sure you don't have to wait for your premium to run, see help and support link down below and ask them about that.

I don't think so, the cost is about the same. 

what happens to popmail if you no longer sub or downgrade your sub?

*shrug* wrong person to ask.

you can upgrade and downgrade at any time with no loss or penalty. 

you will lose popmail access once you stop.
