Question about Rated puzzles (Too many Back Rank puzzles)

STATUS: ANSWERED/RESOLVED

COMMENTS: A Moderator informed me that this is normal and not an issue. I confirmed this over time, and as my puzzle rating increased, so did the complexity of future puzzles.

ISSUE: When I play Rated puzzles here, it appears that I'm presented with an unusual number of Back Rank puzzles. Almost every 3 to 4 puzzles I receive a Back Rank puzzle. Sometimes will see 3 or 4 in a row. Almost every time I fail to solve a puzzle correctly, the very next puzzle will be a Back Rank puzzle.

It feels as if the algorithm is not presenting me with a wide variety of puzzles to solve. Is this by design? Based on my current level or experience?

Any info on how the Chess.com system determines which puzzles for me to play would be appreciated.

Puzzles are chosen in a range around your current rating, generally a few hundred below and above.

For Rush, a lot of the early puzzles will often be back rank mates.
