Do I obtain the 2000 ELO in the chess.com site or do I have to participate in real life chess matches to obtain ELO?

The site only recognizes titles gained from over the board (OTB) regular rated play. You can't get a title here based on online play.

Then how do I get ELO then instead of online? What do I need to do?

A lot depends on where you are located. You should check with your national federation.
