I think the cloud analysis NNUE is stronger than our browser version. Furthermore, the cloud one allows a depeer depth is quickier and the meter is more stable.

2. Do they both have the same neural network settings?
3. How often and under what conditions will Chess.com be updating the neural network?
4. Should I expect my browser's evaluation to match the cloud max analysis evaluation for the same depth of analysis?
