If you take a look at the right side of your live chess history page you'll see a bunch of numbers:

It might have to do with the fact that different time control types of games having separate ratings.
Bullet games - under 3 minutes.
Blitz games - 3 minutes to 14 minutes.
Standard games - 15 minutes and longer.
Respond if you think that's not it- Game histories getting erased on the other hand- or even the suspicion of it for some other reason, is rarer.

i played the other day 3 matches that i won , and my ranking was 1481 , but when i login today my ranking was 1200 again . now i played 2 matches and my ranking is 1680 , why my account reset my ranking?
