Rapid Stats have been wrong for about 2 months! Bugs Reported Multiple Times. No change.

How long does it take for chess.com staff to act upon a bug report. My Rapid stats have been wrong for almost the entire time since I signed up as a member (10 weeks). I have reported this bug more than 3 times and posted on this forum several times. Nothing changes. No explanation is given. No apology made. Nothing! WHY?
