Well, in a way, everyone is a rated player here... I suppose you mean Titled players, in which case, I believe the Staff are always working on it. The catch with getting more Titled palyers is, what if they don't want to join? This site is mainly used to help beginners / intermediate players improve. Titled players would most likely have better, or more preferred, ways to train.
