Maybe was an "unrated" game?

At this time you are playing 2 unrated games: jdog1023 and stelios58

Notice their tables say those games are unrated.

Be careful of "Timeouts - No effects until four moves" it is actually No effects if the game is three moves or less. There is an effect if there are 3 and a half moves (7 plies) or more.
