I played a rated game and won, it showed my new rating on the insights tab (648), yet everywhere else it stayed the same (591). Can anyone help?

Your rated games were changing. If you're playing on the app, it's possible it was showing the wrong rating and if it was it's just a visual issue.

Either there is a bug or you need to look carefully and check if your rating really stayed the same.
