Is the amount of rating loss or gain decided by the player's ratings when the game ends or when the game was started? If I am at 1400 and start a game with a 1500 player, and by the end of the game my rating has risen to 1450 and his has dropped to 1430 by other games. Which rating values are used to figure out the rating change?
