With the ratings issue, there were a few cases when a member was set as unrated even though they had played rated games. This happened to you because you've played more unrated than rated games. Your rating will get back to normal after you finish your next rated game.

sory but i have played only 1 unrated game that too long back
recently i won 1 match and my ratings were 1378 and then all of a sudden it changed to unrated
all my games are rated ones

i have the same problem
I am having the same problem, as a new premium member I have played 7 games including 3 that are still being played. All are rated games except the first one initiated by my welcomer. I have contacted support regarding the unrated issue and am awaiting there response.
the problem will be solved once u win rated games
as sugesed by kohai (our staff member)
after winning a tournament game it went back to normal
my ratings show unrated
there is no ratings in any of my matches and even my profile dosent show any ratings
